Jessica Fancher
INSTRUCTOR
Jessica, a life-long Buffalo native, has been teaching barre fitness for 11 years for a locally owned barre studio. When she is not teaching barre, she is either out for a run, walking her dog or lifting weights at the gym. Fitness is a way of life —being outdoors and having the blessing of being fit and strong is a priority and why she loves to share it with others.
What Jessica loves most about teaching fitness is that she gets to see each person who walks into class walk out refreshed, revived and energized! She is a wife and mom to two busy teenagers. Jessica is excited for this new adventure with Pulse and can’t wait to meet all of you in class!

What is Indoor Cycling?
Indoor cycling is a high-intensity cardio workout that takes place on a stationary bike. It combines resistance training, interval workouts, and motivational coaching.

No experience is necessary! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned cyclists. Instructors can guide you to modify the workout as needed.

Wear comfortable workout attire, preferably moisture-wicking fabric. Cycling shorts or padded shorts are a good idea, and we recommend hard-soled sneakers or cycling shoes with SPD clips.
Do I need to bring my own cycling shoes?
If you have cycling shoes, great! If not, sneakers are fine. Our bikes are compatible with SPD clips.
How early should I arrive to my first class?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early for your first class so our staff can help you get set up and adjust your bike.
How much do classes cost?
We offer a variety of pricing options, including single-class passes, and various package options. Visit our pricing page for more details.
Is there a membership required, or can I pay per class?

Classes are 50 minutes long.
Can I choose my bike ahead of time?
Not at this time, but with 14 bikes available, we don’t think there’s a bad seat in the house!

Yes, indoor cycling is a low-impact workout that is gentle on the joints while still being effective. Instructors can offer modifications if needed.
