Pulse Power cycling classes are strength-based and all about using the power in your legs to get your heart pumping! We’ll use the music as motivation but will also work on things like RPMs (pedal stroke rate), resistance levels and levels of perceived exertion to give you an undeniable confidence-boosting workout. Your body was MADE for this!

Pulse Rhythm cycling classes infuse various dance-like movements and use the beat of the music to give you a workout that is an absolute BLAST and challenges your body and mind in unique ways. You’ll be working not only on your cardio health and leg strength, but also training coordination, core strength and balance as you ride. Doing the movements synergistically with your instructor and classmates makes you part of something bigger than what you would do on your own. Your mind will be so engaged that the class will fly!

This is our classic Rhythm Ride set to nothing but worship music! Make this your weekly refresh and come enjoy God’s presence as you ride.

Core & Stretch class incorporates exactly that! You’ll spend time working on your core, the most important area of your body to keep strong and then be guided through stretching to keep you flexible and moving well in daily life.

Bring a mat and some water and wear comfortable clothing. We will meet just outside of the Pulse studio for classes. Be prepared to enjoy this class outside, weather permitting!

Outdoor Bootcamps at Pulse are a BLAST! Get ready to use your body weight and resistance bands to build strength and enhance your cardio health! Bring water, a mat if you have one, and wear sneakers and comfortable clothing. Classes are weather dependent.

High Intensity Interval Training will combine strength work, balance work, cardio and core all in one fast-paced class! You’ll tone and burn calories, and have a great time doing it. Bring water and a mat if you have one.

Pulse’s Outdoor Run Training classes will gear you up for casual running or prep you for those races you’ve signed up for this summer! Bring water and your best sneaks, and meet just outside the Pulse studio.
