Pulse Power cycling classes are strength-based and all about using the power in your legs to get your heart pumping! We’ll use the music as motivation but will also work on things like RPMs (pedal stroke rate), resistance levels and levels of perceived exertion to give you an undeniable confidence-boosting workout. Your body was MADE for this!

Pulse Rhythm cycling classes infuse various dance-like movements and use the beat of the music to give you a workout that is an absolute BLAST and challenges your body and mind in unique ways. You’ll be working not only on your cardio health and leg strength, but also training coordination, core strength and balance as you ride. Doing the movements synergistically with your instructor and classmates makes you part of something bigger than what you would do on your own. Your mind will be so engaged that the class will fly!

Get ready to turn up the music and turn on the heat! This high-energy Dance Cardio class blends easy-to-follow choreography with bursts of cardio and light weights to keep your heart pumping and your muscles burning. You’ll sweat it out with nonstop movement, sculpt lean muscles using light dumbbells for targeted toning, and absolutely slay every beat with fierce, confidence-boosting combos. Expect a full-body workout that feels more like a dance party than exercise. We’ll fire up your legs, glutes, arms and core while building endurance, coordination, and strength. All levels are welcome – just bring your energy and be ready to sweat, sculpt, and slay your way to feeling stronger and unstoppable!

High Intensity Interval Training will combine strength work, balance work, cardio and core all in one fast-paced class! You’ll tone and burn calories, and have a great time doing it. Bring water and a mat if you have one.

Pulse’s Outdoor Run Training classes will gear you up for casual running or prep you for those races you’ve signed up for this summer! Bring water and your best sneaks, and meet just outside the Pulse studio.

The ABC’s class is a targeted circuit workout focused on arms, glutes and core. Using dumbbells and resistance bands we’ll power through repeat rounds for a balanced, full-body burn. Bring a mat if you have one!
